The Sweetness of Life is an afternoon to come back to feeling good.

Life can get busy, and it’s easy to forget to slow down and enjoy the simple things.

That’s why we’ve come together to create a space to step away from the ordinary, remember life's sweetness, and experience it with you.

Each of us brings something different:

  • Connection practice to help you relax and drop into your body

  • Free movement, dancing however your body wants, no steps to get right

  • Making art with food, playing with colors and flavors, then eating what you create

We finish around a table sharing what we made, with conversation and a sense of belonging.

Come and enjoy yourself with food, good company, and a few hours that feel like a treat.

What to expect

  • An afternoon in a studio with mats and materials, ending around a beautiful shared edible art table.

  • Three guided experiences, about 45–50 minutes each, with pauses to rest between them.

  • Somatic and nervous system work to land in the body and feel safe enough to soften.

  • Free movement, following what the body wants, with no choreography and no "doing it right."

  • Edible art to finish: shaping what you felt into something you can taste.

  • A shared table to close: savoring what we made together, eating slowly, talking, letting the enjoyment be enough.

  • Moments to offer tenderness and, harder for most of us, to receive it.

  • No pressure to feel a certain way. Just noticing the wanting to feel is welcomed and enough.
