I’m Laura Ortiz
I am a psychologist and somatic coach. For years, I worked in demanding corporate environments, supporting leadership, wellness, and professional development processes. My own journey through burnout, migration, and profound transformation led me to specialize in bodywork, the nervous system, and decision-making under pressure.
Today, I support professional women and leaders who want to grow without sustaining their lives through self-imposed demands. As a coach, I work in a practical and structured way, focusing on turning awareness into actions that are lived outside the session.
As a psychologist, I guide therapeutic processes at a more flexible pace, focused on exploration, healing, and emotional support for internal processes that require more time and depth.
