What to expect from the process
I work from an integral and somatic therapeutic approach, which means we don’t only talk about what is happening to you, but also attend to how your body is experiencing it now.
Listening to the whole experience
We explore thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations to understand what is present for you.The body as a guide, not an obstacle
We notice physical signals such as tension, shutdown, restlessness, or disconnection, not to eliminate them, but to understand their purpose and change your relationship to them.We follow your pace
The process adapts to what your system can hold. We don’t push memories, emotions, or decisions before there is enough stability.Moving between what hurts and what supports
We learn to move back and forth between what is difficult and what provides support, so exploration doesn’t become overwhelming, and you can stay present.Integration into daily life
What emerges in session connects with your everyday life, your relationships, and your current life context, respecting your timing and present needs.
Remote therapy from the confort of your home
The sessions are currently only available remotely, via Zoom.
The duration of each session is 60 min.

I’m Laura Ortiz
I am a psychologist and coach with experience supporting professional women through transitions, decision-making, and sustained change.
My background combines organizational psychology, somatic coaching, and nervous system–informed work. I have worked with women in multinational environments, expat contexts, and private practice, supporting them to move from overthinking into grounded action.
My approach is practical, relational, and deeply respectful of each client’s pace and context. I focus on translating awareness into lived change, without forcing outcomes or bypassing discomfort.
Women work with me when they want clarity that leads to action, support that doesn’t collapse under real life, and a process that holds both direction and flexibility.
