This is a space to explore what becomes possible when you stop trying so hard.
In these Circles, you might begin to:
Notice what you’re feeling, not what you should feel, but what’s really there.
You share without needing to have it all figured out, and feel safe doing it
You let go of the “right way” and begin trusting your own way, in your own time.
The invitation is to stop pushing through and instead soften into. We don’t chase improvement. We honor rest, sensation, pleasure, nuance, and slowness.
We practice a different way of being, one that starts from within.
What You’ll Experience
Each Circle is designed to help you step out of the pressure to fix or figure things out and reconnect with what you feel, want, and need.
You don’t need to prepare, know the right words, or be your “best self.”
You get to show up exactly as you are.
What to expect?
– Start by slowing down. We take a few minutes to pause, breathe, and fully arrive, not just physically.
– Be guided through a somatic practice that connects you with your body, emotions, and inner state, helping you notice what’s happening, without pressure to change it.
– Share only if you want to. You’ll be offered a simple question to speak from your experience: what came up, what surprised you, or what’s sitting with you now.
– Close with quiet time to reflect. You’ll have space to notice what shifted, what softened, or what you’re walking away with, even if you don’t have words for it yet.

HELLO
I’m Laura Ortiz
When I moved to the Netherlands, I thought I would finally feel free.
Instead, I landed in survival mode — burnout, anxiety, numbness, and the constant, desperate urge to fix myself.
I didn’t need another plan. I needed a space where I could stop pretending to have it all figured out. Where I could be messy, raw, uncertain… and still belong.
This work was born from that place. Not from perfection, but from practice.
My background includes somatic coaching, psychology, mindfulness, and a long career in corporate human resources. But what shapes this space most is my lived experience of learning to slow down, feel what’s true, and soften into who I already am.
I’m not here to offer solutions, I’m still in this process too.
I’m here to open space, where we can begin again, together.
If you’re holding too much and don’t want to do it alone, you belong here.
Is this for you?

You don’t have to prove yourself here. This space doesn’t expect you to show up healed, figured out, or confident. If you’ve ever felt too much or not enough, this is where that part of you can finally exhale.
My invitation: come as you are, your whole self is welcome here.

Then you’re not starting from zero. You’ve already done the work of caring. Maybe what’s missing isn’t one more tool, but a space where nothing needs to be fixed for change to begin.
What if your next step isn’t trying harder, but trying softer? -
Forget what you think it’s supposed to look like. If you have a body and a flicker of curiosity, you’re already enough. Embodiment doesn’t mean being graceful. It means being willing to meet yourself where you are.
