Embodying Possibility Circles

A return to the body. A widening of what feels possible.

In a world that rewards performance over presence, clarity over curiosity, and certainty over feeling—we lose touch with ourselves.

We learn to bypass the discomfort. To stay in the known. To live at the edges of extremes: all in or shut down, productive or frozen, presentable or invisible.

But life doesn’t happen at the edges. It happens in the in-betweens—those subtle, rich, messy spaces where emotion, intuition, and possibility live.

Embodying Possibility Circles are a homecoming to that in-between. A space to feel more—so you can live more.

The core of Embodying Possibility Circles is this: when we expand our emotional range, we expand what feels possible.

We root this work in the body. Not as a machine to manage, but as a wise, relational, creative source. We draw from:

  1. The Window of Tolerance and Polyvagal Theory: expanding what you can be and feel, without going into shutdown or overwhelm. And, understanding how safety or the lack of it shapes our ability to connect, imagine, and act. In the circles we open space to co-regulate, to feel witnessed, to rewire what’s possible emotionally and socially.

  2. Liminality and the sacred in-between: where old patterns fall away and new possibilities have yet to arrive. In these circles, we don’t rush to fix or define. We hold space for what’s emerging.

  3. Feminist and Embodiment Theory: reminding us that reclaiming the body is not self-care—it is a political, relational, and creative act. We unlearn the performance of worth, and re-learn how to listen.

  4. The Feminine: not as an aesthetic or label, but as a way of being —cyclical, intuitive, relational, process-oriented. We honor rest, sensation, pleasure, nuance, and slowness. We don’t push through—we soften into.

  5. Resistance to Capitalist Performance Culture: which teaches us to override, perfect, and produce. In these circles, we stop performing. We start paying attention.

The First Series of Circles is coming up!

Circle 1: Becoming Possible

Theme: Opening the door to your emotional range and embodied potential

What if you didn’t need to figure it all out before taking the next step? What if the first step is simply feeling what’s here?

Circle 2: The In-Between

Theme: Reclaiming your capacity to feel, rest, and be with what’s unresolved

This circle is a gentle space to slow down and stay. To feel without fixing. To rest without guilt.

Circle 3: Unraveling the Performance

Theme: Letting go of the internalized pressure to be perfect, clear, or always in control

What would happen if you stopped performing and started simply being?

The circles will be small to create a sense of safety and belonging between all participants.
