Month 3: Sustaining change and adjusting without collapsing

We focus on maintaining momentum, making grounded adjustments, and strengthening your capacity to stay aligned when pressure or uncertainty returns.

I’m Laura Ortiz

I am a psychologist and coach with experience supporting professional women through transitions, decision-making, and sustained change.

My background combines organizational psychology, somatic coaching, nervous system, and trauma–informed work.

I have worked with women in multinational environments, expat contexts, and private practice, supporting them to move from overthinking into grounded action.

My approach is practical, relational, and deeply respectful of each client’s pace and context. I focus on translating awareness into lived change, without forcing outcomes or bypassing discomfort.

Clients work with me when they want clarity that leads to action, support that doesn’t collapse under real life, and a process that holds both direction and flexibility.
